Prospective vendors can be considered year-round. Our vendor management team reviews all inquiries and shares relevant submissions with appropriate department heads.
Timelines vary based on service type and procurement channel. Projects that require formal bidding may take 30–45 days. General vendors may be approved within one week, depending on service needs.
We conduct internal evaluations and may conduct additional reviews such as background checks or verification with external agencies as needed.
Vendors are paid via ACH or wire transfer within 30 days of our accounting department receiving a valid invoice.
